Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Affiliate Recruitment and Onboarding:
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates to collaborate with our brand in creating compellingcontent for social media platforms, particularly TikTok.
  • Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, ensuring they remain motivated and well-informed about our products, promotions, and brand messaging.
  • Performance Tracking and Analysis:
Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of partnershipsand implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Affiliate Coordination:
Maintain an organized database of affiliates, coordinate product sample arrangements, managecontent posting schedules, and track content performance metrics.
  • Market Research:
Conduct thorough competitor analysis related to video content and affiliate marketing. Stayupdated on TikTok trends, challenges, and algorithm changes to optimize marketing strategiesand content.
  • Compliance:
Ensure all TikTok affiliate marketing activities comply with platform guidelines and legalrequirements.
  • Reporting:
Prepare and present regular performance reports on affiliates, highlighting key metrics such assales, traffic, and engagement to the management team.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least minimum 2 years of proven work experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing, ideally in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Disciplined, Punctual, Good time management, Positive attitude, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on relationship building.
  • Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and tools, particularly those specific to the TikTok Affiliate Channel.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including skills in data entry, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other relevant functions.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
