After Sales / Technical Support Executive

Job Description
Salary Range: RM3,500 - RM4,000 + Allowance
:
Provide technical support, inspection, and troubleshooting for rebuild/recon lorries after delivery. Handle customer service requests, warranty claims, and technical complaints professionally. Work closely with the workshop team to arrange vehicle repairs, maintenance, and parts replacement. Check and confirm lorry condition before delivery (engine, gearbox, chassis, and electrical). Visit customer locations for on-site service or technical evaluation when needed. Prepare service reports, job sheets, and claim documentation accurately. Give technical feedback to the sales and management team to improve product quality. Provide technical briefing to customers during vehicle handover (usage tips, maintenance guide, warranty info). Support the sales team with technical information during sales discussions. Ensure all after-sales work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.
