About the Role

Responsible for agency movement execution and ensure all the processes and system was updated timely and adhere to regulatory and internal guidelines.

• Perform all types of agency movement processes and system updates in industry association and internal system.
• Provide timely and accurate agency movement reporting with meaningful insights to management/ stakeholders.
• Continuously review and fine-tune the existing processes to ensure it meets with the business requirements and customer expectations.
• Prepare user story or user requirements for system automation on the agency movement.
• Provide best in industry agency support - prompt and accurate reply for all movement requests/enquiries from all stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

Education: If you have a tertiary qualification in Business Administration or related field, we encourage you to apply!

Work experience: We are looking at potential candidates with a minimum 2 years of validated experience in agency movement and compensation administration.

Other traits:

• Good written and verbal communication in English.
• Able to work independently and is self-motivated.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
