Assess and determine key business core competency model to support on-going & future business's growth plan.
Assist and guide the L & D team in execution of the company's L & D strategies and plans.
Develop and establish knowledge sharing (best practices included) and management within the company.
Design and develop a robust business process in tandem with relevant technology to effectively identify skill set & competency gap and source / develop or work with provider / technical expertise the required syllabus / content to close the gap.
Track and report effectiveness of L & D strategy including ROI
Partner with the management team to build up and define the role and responsibilities of the L & D team.
Partner with human resource business partner (HRBP) to create and nurture a safe and conducive environment for learning, application and growth.
Assist and advise senior management team on matter of skill / competency gap remediation from time to time
Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on topics related to learning and development including Development Need Analysis (DNA).
Requirements:
Possess a Master's degree or minimum bachelor degree preferably in human resource or organizational behavioral related field.
Min 15 years of working experience with the past 5 years in senior manager position with hands-on involvement in employees' learning and development.
Proven track record of implementing excellence learning & development.
Involvement in past learning organization projects is an advantage.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good IT savviness and analytical skills.
Entrepreneur mindset with high sense of business acumen capability.
