Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, learning delivery specialists with L&D expertise as well as a broad operational knowledge (ideally within the real estate industry) who can step into our team and support us to deliver some high volume, global leadership and role specific development in line with our focus on talent development and high growth trajectory.

The role will consist of engagement of and communication to delegates, alongside both administration and facilitation of multiple programmes. Due to the global nature of the delivery, this role will best suit someone with a flexible working style who would benefit from working outside of the \'typical\' working hours on a fairly regular basis.

Accountabilities

  • Deliver inspiring learning solutions to our leadership population, in line with critical business need.
  • Support the administration of programmes, scheduling sessions, identifying cohort participants and communicating programme guidelines , expectations etc
  • Support the tracking of completion rates within relevant programmes and connect with delegates/line managers/people teams where engagement is low
  • Ensure that all pre-training/preparation activity is completed in advance of the sessions in a timely manner
  • Partner with SME resources (as appropriate) to ensure they are briefed on session requirements and fully prepared to support the session where needed
  • Identify key talent risks/highlights within the sessions and highlight to Learning and Development Leads / Head of L&D to ensure that we are accelerating top performers and supporting others where needed
  • Work with administrators to ensure all programmes are successfully captured within Talent Coach (our LMS) and/or support talent coach administrative tasks
Work Experience
  • Proven experience of delivering and facilitating multiple complex programmes across a global remit
  • Ability to manage large group learning experiences
  • Experience delivering in both Face to Face and Virtual environments
  • Experience in administrating complex programmes, with high volume participants
  • Experience managing blended programmes with pre/post work alongside workshop activity
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed organisations
  • Experience in the Real Estate Industry (a benefit)
  • Experience working in an operational role (a benefit)
Person Specification Requirements
  • Excellent Communication skills - able to connect to multiple delegates of differing backgrounds and experiences
  • Excellent Facilitation skills - able to draw out of the audience their experiences and bring context to delivery even when not an expert in the field
  • Highly self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Experienced L&D professional who can demonstrate expertise in applying learning best practive
  • Able to remain calm under pressure
  • Quick thinking with an agile approach and can deal with adversarial situations and/or changing audience requirements
  • Able to adapt to different cultural requirements and learner needs
