Job Description

Job Brief
We are currently hiring Learning & Development Executive to lead our F&B operation with aim to identify skill gaps among employees and create plans to bridge these gaps to meet company objectives to provide high quality food, to createfriendly and welcoming atmosphere, hygienic and quality customer service practice.
Responsibilities of Learning and Development Executive
Analyse workforce training needs, recommend and implement solutions, and evaluate and measure effectiveness.
Coordinate and support all learning programs
Conduct Food Safety Courses for F&B and other courses requested by Manager/Assistant Manager as when required
Ensure all required training hours for operation staff completed
Update all completed training and provide data training analytical every month
Support end to end project management of trainings and deliverables (e.g., F&B training and any other operational training)
Support and give feedback and proactively identify ways to optimize training processes/deliverables
Assist in any ad hoc projects within the L&D team as needed
Create and publish learning modules related to operation needs
Monitor training schedule to ensure the training is adequate and progressively enhanced the mentoring as and where is needed.
Track and analyse training completion follow up to ensure completion.
Communicate and collaborate with cross functional members on further enhancement in the training needs from time to time.
Follow up on post training activities for new hired production staff's feedback.
Identified the gap(s) in training contents and material to develop criteria of evaluating the effectives of training.
Resolving any potential challenges and specifically tailored up the training needs to reflect in the production.
Bi weekly status update on training progress as needed for batch new hired staff proficiency and each individual on the job performance.

Requirements:
Preferably Degree holder in HR/ Culinary/Hospitality/Food Service Management or other related area.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry added advantage
Passion to learn and impart knowledge and skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a good ability to build relations with employees
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Good knowledge of the latest Learning & Developments trends
Proficient in MS Office
