An exciting AM, Credit Operations Services (COS) job has just become available at a respected financial institution based in Kuala Lumpur. This role is for someone in bank credit operations with knowledge of trade processing such as letter of credit, bill of exchange and invoice financing is preferred. About the AM, Credit Operations Services (COS) Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for effective Credit Operation and administration of Operations Department, to assist the Section Head in providing good support for the department\xe2\x80\x99s activities and to oversee Credit Operations end- to-end daily transaction processing. Key Responsibilities:

• Understands Facility Agreement and able to identify the point to note well
• Perform post disbursement monitoring such as condition covenant
• Evaluate and perform credit limit registration according to approved credit proposals
• Effectively manage and oversee the transaction processing as well as department activities and ensure that the required tasks are completed within the expected time frame and operations are carried out in accordance with operating procedures
• Assist Section Head to provide leadership, guidance and support to the department to achieve annual objectives and deliverables
• Oversee day-to-day support and advice in the department for transactional activities

To succeed in this AM, Credit Operations Services (COS) role, you must have good Credit Operations knowledge in Corporate. Key Requirements:

• Basic Diploma/Degree. Preferably in Accounting/Banking/Finance
• Must have at least seven years of relevant experience in Banking Operations. Preferably candidates who has experience in credit admin
• Experienced in Bank Credit Operations with knowledge of Trade Processing such as Letter of Credit, Bill of Exchange and Invoice Financing is preferred
• Good knowledge of reading and analyst Corporate Annual Financial Report such as Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
• Basic knowledge of statutory requirements and/or related rules
• Meticulous, good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
