Job description:

• Analyse large datasets, build data models and translate these into meaningful insights, business improvement projects or key business reporting
• Create dashboards and other KPI visualization tools to facilitate data access and usage across all levels of our operations
• Deep-dive, find root-causes, propose solutions and help implement them for targeted performance issues
• Prepare structured business cases to evaluate and prioritize potential business opportunities
• Create flow charts, presentations and supporting documentation for the implementation of Regional projects, for both \xe2\x80\x9cas-is\xe2\x80\x9d and \xe2\x80\x9cto-be\xe2\x80\x9d process reviews
• Contribute to critical project management phases such as project planning, project communication, and implementation
• Support the end-to-end implementation of business processes and system changes

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Economics or other Quantitative degrees.
• 0-3 years working experience in a process improvement or project management role within manufacturing or logistics companies, ecommerce/internet startups, or consulting firms.
• Advanced Excel skills, SQL and/or other Business Intelligence packages (e.g. Tableau).
• Comfortable to use flow charts and other workflow mapping tools
• Excellent spoken and written English
