Position : PMO Advisor

Working Hours : Monday - Friday (0830 to 1730)

Working Mode: Flexible (60/40) | 1 day required to go to Plant (Port Klang)

Working Location : Port Klang, Lot 197 II & 197 III,Jalan Pelabuhan Utara PO Box 63, 42001 Pork Klang, Selangor, PO Box 62, Port Klang, 42000, Malaysia
Working Duration: 12 Months contract with PERSOLKELLY (Immediate Joiner preferred)
Remuneration : Salary from RM7,000 to RM10,500 (based on qualification & education), statutory contribution & leave entitlement

WHO CAN APPLY?

• Possess University Degree in Business or Supply Chain/ Project Management Certification
• Possess professional experience in supply chain and project management
• Must have project management skill (at least 5 years of experience or PMP certified)
• Must have supply chain & logistic experience (at least 5 years)
• must be expert in reporting & managing stakeholders
• Must have good communication skills
• Experience in major supply chain projects and/or logistics activities
• Experience in driving change, managing conflicting priorities, and re-directing resources to achieve outcomes.
• Experience with best practices in project management and Tools
• Available to assist night call twice a week

• Ability to engage, build relationships and influence key business stakeholders.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to a rapidly changing environment
• Proven experience in process mapping and documentation
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Skillful in analyzing and interpreting data

KEY CHALLENGES

• Understand the resource structure and defined accountabilities of the project.
• Build the project scope, milestone plan and key deliverables.
• Build tracking mechanism to report on key project KPI and milestone.
• Provide regular updates and timely, accurate info for reporting purposes.
• Identify and actively manage risks, issues, and dependencies to reduce impact on project delivery.
• Escalate issues to project lead where necessary for timely intervention.
• Monthly review and update of the project
• Manage stakeholders outlined in governance team structure

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contractor performance management with ocean carrier, HUB warehouse and Freight Forwarder - dynamic changes in operation and requirement required strong networking to be built with contractor to balance up service and cost.
• Need to coordinate with various parties at different level to fulfil a task / order. Needs to be well balanced at efficiently juggling between safety, quality, service & cost.
• High customer\'s expectation, dynamic order pattern, various type of delivery model and extension of importing/exporting scope required judgemental and clear prioritization.
• Manage Export Import Operational Activities and recommendation within assigned Delegations of Authority, adhere to International Trade Regulatory and local policy.

Economic dimensions associated with role (if any)

El Dorado Scope for GSC Malaysia.

• Total out bound Containers: approx. 1000 EA (mix of 20 Ft & 40Ft)
• Annual volume : approx. 16 ML of lubes of various pack sizes.
• To service at least 14 sea ports across South America
• Total volume required re-palletising from primary pack level (Drum-15%, Pail-25% or Box-60%) at 16ML.

In scope countries to be engaged:

• Destination country: Bolivia, Chile , Colombia , Costa Rica , El Salvador , Guatemala ,Hondurus , Nicaragua , Panama , Paraguay , Peru & Uruguay (EXPORT)
