Job Description

Responsible, driving maintenance programs (including routine inspection, corrective and preventive activities) with a focus on system reliability, with the application of Best Practices and wide range of engineering principles and practices to:

• Implement mandatory routine inspections in conformance to Standard Operating Procedures and reliability governance.
• Support emergency (unscheduled) repairs or troubleshooting of facilities equipment, and close monitoring on facilities system performance, critical parameters and loading.
• Lead emergency (unscheduled) repairs or troubleshooting of facilities equipment, and close monitoring on facilities system performance, critical parameters and loading.
• Facilitate and administer reliability improvement projects including isolation and Testing and Commissioning, and other experimental simulations.
• Perform routine maintenance on a variety of HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical System.
• Carry out any others duties as and when given by immediate superiors.
• Maintain all maintenance stock is in order e.g. bulb, fused, plumbing parts etc.
• Interface directly with clients to identify and analyze critical needs, define problems, and develop specifications to guide the solution process.
• Ensure the safety of electrical systems by testing and inspecting components for potential hazards.

Qualifications:-

• 2-year electrical, technical, or related.
• Completion of an electrical apprenticeship.
• At least 2 years\' experience as an electrical technician with Chargeman certification(AO/A1)
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience operating hand and power tools, soldering and fault-testing equipment.
