Managing ERP projects with structured project methodology and stakeholder engagement
Managing software vendors engaged to deliver ERP projects, consulting and development work
Analysis of business processes and determining system requirements
Developing detailed project plans to drive changes and improvements
Documentation of business processes, requirements, design, test etc.
Design, configuration and testing of system functionality in Dynamics AX and related systems.
Definition of standards, policies and processes
Quality reviews of documentation, processes, implementations etc.
Supporting the business during implementations
Requirements:
APAC Business System Consultant with good business knowledge and ERP experience.
Experience in independently managing ERP projects using Dynamics AX or D365 F&O following structured project management methodologies.
Experience with managing projects with IT vendors and ensuring project deliverables are met within cost, quality and schedule
Experience with implementing Dynamics AX in an integrated IT landscape for a multinational company. Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations preferred but not a must.
Must have good business process competences of diverse business areas - e.g. from a functional business role or similar. Experience with project management and IT standards and documentation is required. It would be a plus if having experience in Manufacturing and Planning processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear in communication and reporting and fluent in English. Proficiency in Chinese would be an added advantage.
Travel will be required.
