This key leadership position requires strategic thinking and will play a crucial role in enhancing our employee value proposition and fostering a positive and caring workplace culture.Located in KL, Malaysia, you will report to the Head of Total Rewards, APAC.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Interact with the HRBP to review and improve the local policies + challenge the current HR practices to improve the loss ratio of the insurance programBe the single point of contact of the global broker for the APAC hubFollow the renewal of contracts with insurers and lead the negotiations with external vendors delegated at the APAC hub levelPromote well-being initiatives for preventionBring the best standards available on the market and push for harmonization & convergence cross entities in the APAC hubBe part of a global Benefit networkContribute to global initiatives (deployment of a Benefit management software, flexi, EAP global management, Global RFPs, \xe2\x80\xa6)Implementation of Benefits policies in the APAC hub aiming to attract & retain talents, decrease insurance costs & improve service efficienciesStay informed about industry and emerging benefits trends and conduct regular benchmarks in close partnership with regional C&B colleagues.Monitoring of regulatory changes and proactively anticipating changes to ensure compliance of our benefits plans.Support with the Labor Relations organizations, the communication to Unions, Employee Benefits Committees and Regional Work Council where applicableInnovate on our benefits policies to further align with employee needs, supporting our Diversity & Inclusion agenda whilst improving Air Liquide value proposition.Ensure benefits plans are recorded and reported accurately in our benefits database.Ensure connections with the other CoEs, BSC, Labor Relations and Stakeholders in the APAC hubAre you a MATCH?Proven experience of 10+ years in the HR field and at least 5 years in the benefits area in a large multinational organization.University Degree level education or equivalent.In depth knowledge of group employee benefits insurance products and pension.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision making.Ability to work under pressure and to navigate in a matrix environment.Good understanding of cross-cultural environment.Demonstrate good conceptual thinking.Fluent in English, any other local language is a plus.About Air LiquideA world leader in gases, technologies and services for Industry and Health, Air Liquide is present in 78 countries with approximately 64,500 employees and serves more than 3.8 million customers and patients.
