Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities: Partner the procurement lead to evaluate procurement projects, hedging and cost saving initiatives. Coordinate commodities forecast across the BU (inventory levels, global/local contracts, etc.) Partner with BU Logistics team to find opportunities to reduce cost to serve costs Partner with BU Procurement team to support financial analysis on non-direct materials Partner with BU Procurement lead to drive key productivity measures / workshops - DTV, logistics cost reduction, Alternate sourcing and DPO improvement Support Cash Flow council deployment, management and management for APAC Lead Transfer pricing / Quarter forecasting process for APAC Act as single point of contact between Global, FP&A, Costs and Procurement teams to ensure alignment on input costs and P&L impacts Essential Requirements: CPA or MBA Finance preferably with FMCG and FP&A experience / business analysis / partnering experience 8 to 10 years of experience High expertise on spreadsheets / PowerPoint tools Strong analytical thinking and analytical skills Very high detail orientation Good collaboration and team working ability Good communication skills Prefer good skills on Anaplan, Tableau or ability to pick up quickly (this is a preference not a must have) About You: You\'re driven to perform at the highest level possible, and you appreciate a performance culture fueled by authentic caring.You want to be part of a company actively dedicated to sustainability, inclusion, wellbeing, and career development.
