You will play an important role, such as:

Provide technical support to customers using SOLIDWORKS, addressing software issues and resolving technical queries. Collaborate with the sales team in pre-sales activities by delivering product demonstrations and technical presentations. Assist customers in post-sales activities by implementing and integrating SOLIDWORKS into their workflows. Conduct training sessions for customers to enhance their proficiency with SOLIDWORKS. Create detailed documentation, including user guides, technical manuals, and support reports. Engage with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.

Who are we looking for this role:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering. Understanding of engineering principles and design workflows. Familiarity with CAD/CAM tools and related technologies. Knowledge of SOLIDWORKS software and its applications is an added advantage. Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Able to articulate engineering information in a understandable context. Ability to create and organize work documentation.

Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Willingness to travel is required.

Priority is given to

Singaporean candidates

to better serve local-sensitive customers who often require or prefer a Singaporean Application Engineer for regulatory and trust reasons. Certification in SOLIDWORKS (e.g., CSWA, CSWP) is highly desirable.
