Thanks to our strong capacity for innovation, our international organization (projects, teams, locations) combined with our deep know-how of data and skilled proficiency in industrial processes, Alizent is today a leading player in industrial computing.Reporting to the Remote Assets Service Manager, Alizent is currently seeking a proactive and inventive application IT/OT specialist able to provide the operational services of Bulk Supply Chain execution solutions.Join us to be a key part of the digitization of global and international industrial companies in various sectors.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?The candidate will have to provide operational services, mainly support to industrial operations, to the Bulk Supply Chain solutions over their complete value chain: from Industrial Assets connection and monitoring, to optimization and performance, via custom apps development and data management.Assist functionally and technically users with contractual commitments of the use of solutionsProvide Level 2 support services for off-the-shelf / custom solutions or applications related with ALTO (Bulk Supply organization, optimization, and dispatching)Carry out, implement and monitor action plans aimed at continuous improvement of the service (improve solution and customer knowledge, reduction of incidents, increase resolution ratio/s\xe2\x80\xa6)Set up and monitor key activities of the solution within its ecosystem to improve the operational performance of the customerPropose solutions to increase the reliability and quality of the applications as well as to reduce operating and on call costs while ensuring an adequate level of securityParticipate actively in the updating of application\xe2\x80\x99s documentation linked to support activitiesAre you a MATCH?University Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or Computer science.Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of information systems, including 2 years as an application/system supportRelevant experience in testing, troubleshooting and systems support activities.Good knowledge of the basic concepts of the MS SQL Server database systems, or any Relational DatabaseGood knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, PL/SQL and TSQL).Good communication skills.About Air LiquideA world leader in gases, technologies and services for Industry and Health, Air Liquide is present in 78 countries with approximately 64,500 employees and serves more than 3.8 million customers and patients.
