Client Interaction

: Engage with clients to understand and discuss design requirements for new constructions, alterations, or repairs.

Measurements and Calculations

: Collect accurate measurements, dimensions, and perform routine calculations to support design layouts.

Design Recommendations

: Propose design solutions that align with the client's budget, site conditions, and current market trends.

Architectural Plans

: Develop detailed architectural plans using CAD software and manual drafting techniques for approval by management and clients.

Design Revisions

: Revise and adjust designs based on feedback from management and clients to meet project requirements.

Cost and Specifications Estimates

: Provide detailed estimates for costs, timelines, required machinery, construction specifications, and other project needs for management review.
Requirement

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Professional Degree in Architecture. Preferably Fresh Graduate/ Junior Executive specialized in Architecture. Candidates fluent in Mandarin is preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients. Required Skill(s): AutoCad, SketchUp, 3D Software, Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop? Microsoft Project will be an advantage. Good working attitude, responsible and work independently.

Must posses own transport.

Preferably Fresh Graduate/ Junior Executive specialized in Architecture.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
