Prepare and submit necessary documents such as Work Method Statements (WMS), shop drawings, and material submissions.
Collaborate and communicate with consultants and clients to address technical discrepancies and intricate architectural details.
Assess, oversee, and synchronize design specifications, construction drawings, and shop drawings to secure approval. Recommend modifications to designs if needed, and suggest appropriate materials and equipment for architectural tasks.
Proficient in identifying different trades and organizing the sequence of work to ensure alignment with established building standards and desired quality. Provide support in project planning, on-site issue resolution, safety implementation, and participation in site meetings and inspections.
Supervise and monitor the advancement and quality of architectural tasks on-site. Document any changes or additional costs related to architectural work variations.
Skillful in planning and overseeing the activities of sub-contractors. Offer assistance to the General Manager and Senior Project Manager over the course of the projects construction.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Architectural/Construction Management/Civil Engineering or a comparable field.
At least 8 years of practical experience in the construction industry.
Demonstrated involvement in design and build projects.
Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM).
