WORKING LOCATION IS IN KERTEH, TERENGGANU 1. Coordinate; supervise on fabrication/installation of fa\xc3\xa7ade elements to ensure the quality of works meet the requirements as specification and in an approved manner. 2. Coordination with the consultant and among the project department as well as construction matters in relating to the fa\xc3\xa7ade system. 3. Involve in planning, organizing, and management of architectural activities within the project. 4. Review project plan and approve architectural specifications contained in the plan, 5. To plan, monitor, control, and coordinate works and other trades in order to achieve timely completion of the project within specified quality, specification, and cost. 6. To ensure adequate coordination of works, duties to ensure timely response to submittals and generally resolving all technical and contractual issues. 7. To study and review Shop Drawings, Material Submission, Method Statements, and FC Drawing. 8. To point out all the design and technical issues in the FC drawing to a consultant to resolve. 9. In charge of reviewing funds, orders, and preparing estimates architectural material of the projects. 10. Monitor the performance of the subcontractors to ensure that ll jobs pass quality control procedures and specification safety requirements, cost, and schedule. 11. To perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
