Job Description

Carry out daily site supervision, coordination and quality assurance of all architectural trades implementation on site.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering / Building / Architectural or any equivalent related field.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in architectural works.
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office; Project & Power Point.

• Supervise all architectural works and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications.
• Work closely and coordinate with subcontractors, architects and consultants on project progress and ensure timely work until completion.
• Carry out quality/site inspection on architectural parts at site and ensure quality of work to be completed on scheduled time and from time to time.
• Good liaison, coordination, Instruction pass-down and problem solving skills.
• Ensuring all works are carried out as per contract specifications, drawings, PQP requirements and approved method statements
• Receive, Monitor and Control the Use & Supply of materials on site to avoid wastages
• Ensure work quality is achieved and safely regulations are complied.
• Well-versed in interpreting construction drawings
• Maintaining ISO related documents.
• Ensure all necessary inspection and testing are performed and verified/passed before proceeding to the next stage of construction or installation work.
• Maintain site diary to record daily activities at site.

• Salary range: RM4,000 - RM5,000
