Job Description

s:

Supervise all architectural and finishes works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications and safety regulations. Coordinate with sub-contractors and others stakeholders to ensure design intent is executed accurately. Monitor site manpower, material and equipment ensure usage efficiently and timely completion in line with the project schedule. Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and project requirements. Identify and resolve technical and site issues promptly.. Maintain quality documentation and site records as per company procedures. Prepare and update daily site records, progress photos. Assist the Project Manager in progress tracking and update. Interpret construction drawings and details to the site teams. Highlight discrepancies between architectural, structural and M&E drawings for timely resolution. Prepare and review shop drawings , method statements and material submission. Report any incidents or non-compliance issues immediately.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree / diploma in construction management, or related field. Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in high-rise building construction project. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good communication, strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, construction sequencing and problem-solving skills. Familiar in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications. Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
