Job Description
A general trade FMCG sales role involving managing relationships with distributors to ensure product availability and sales growth across various markets. The role also includes leading and motivating a sales team, driving performance, and executing sales strategies effectively.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive volume, revenue, and market share in Johor.
- Managing distributor relationships to ensure optimal product distribution, inventory levels, and in-store visibility.
- Leading and coaching a sales team to achieve performance targets and ensure the effective execution of trade activities.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales plans.
- Executing promotional campaigns, negotiating trade deals, and managing pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Analyzing sales performance data and generating reports to inform strategic decision-making.
- At least 5 years of sales working experience in general trade FMCG company.
- Strong distributor management skills with experience of managing a team of at least 10 (direct and/or indirect team).
- Has experience and the familiarity of Southern region to manage Johor region.
- Proven sales track record in FMCG and strategic in growing the market, driving sales performances.
