We are a local well-reputed provider of cooking needs (sauces and pastes), instant noodles, confectionary, chilled drinks and canned food with 30+ years of expertise in Malaysia F&B industry. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Manager located in Johor Bahru with the flexibility to work remotely. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, promoting and selling products, and building customer relationships. The Area Sales Manager will also develop and execute sales plans, analyze market trends and data, and create sales reports for management. Qualifications Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or in a similar role Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Ability to motivate and lead a team towards meeting sales goals Strong analytical and organizational skills Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
