In this role you\xe2\x80\x99ll make an impact by: Effectively presenting solutions to our customers and distributors Presenting technical and scientific data to external stakeholders negotiating commercial contract terms Supporting account development
Potentially relevant experience:
Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a science ideally Food Science, Microbiology, Business, or related field with 5+ years of professional experience with product or business development
Proven track record of developing sales in a B2B and/or B2C setup in the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industry, with a passion for delivering impact and tangible results. Experience with probiotics and formatted products is an advantage.
Have proven track record in negotiation, relationship management, opportunity and pipeline management as well as project management and execution with a passion for delivering impact and tangible results.
Structured profile with the ability to keep an overview in hectic situations and to document the customer journey in the CRM (Salesforce). Experience in developing and executing key account plans
Strong interpersonal skills, and experience with stakeholder management across functions and cultures, to enable organizational readiness and commitment to maximize commercial success
Excellent oral and written English skills, fluency in local languages relevant to territory is an advantage
Location: This job will be located at our hub in Kuala Lumpur
