Area Sales Manager Lubricants (central Region)

Job Description
Client is a German Multinational organization based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute sales strategy for the lubricants Automotive Aftermarket segment.
- Develop and establish annual business plans, forecasts, and regular reports.
- Provide regular sales reporting and market analysis to support local and regional growth strategies.
- Manage Distributor Partners and Key Account customers to optimize access to end-user markets.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan sales promotional activities, etc.
- Provide technical support and services to customers to maintain a high-quality brand position and reputation in the market.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial engineering.
- 4 & above years of experience in lubricants industry.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and the local language.
- Ability to travel extensively within assigned regions.
