You will take charge to maintain the highest customer satisfaction incl. profitability within the framework of Siemens Healthcare, Customer Services. The function builds the "One face to the customer" and acts as a "Customer Care Manager" and ensures that all customer requirements are met."Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will act as escalation executive in the Country and actively supports hot site management.
• You will implement service budgets by including the installed base development, the contractual / non-contractual work, and the services sales program to meet the defined Healthcare target agreements.
• You will ensure the highest technical, operational, and financial performance in installation projects, equipment services and maintenance, upgrades, and updates of medical equipment according to technical specifications.
• You will be responsible to lead, plan, be creative and resourceful in mobilizing the team for all support (i.e. MS, MI, MU, MM& MA, holidays, weekends, backups, etc.)
• You will lead, conduct, collaborate and engage in technical meetings/discussions/modality meetings/key account management with and for the team.
• You will be responsible to collaborate with the Service Operation functions and follow the implemented Service Support Processes SERVOR (Registration, clarification, dispatch, spare part logistics, service confirmation)
• You will oversee the resource development and execute required manpower calculations related to I-base development and budget frame.
• You will be responsible to develop staff training in coordination with its respective supervisors/managers.
• You will ensure extensive sales support to the local sales organization/modality manager.

• Degree in Engineering/Biomedical or an equivalent academic education.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Commensurate understanding and experience of healthcare delivery with demonstrable experience in understanding customerxe2x80x99s requirements and creating proposals to fit their needs.

• Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
• Familiar with CS online tools and processes.
