Summary This position reports to the Greater Asia ASC Talent Management Lead and the purpose of this position is to support the Talent Management Lead and Specialist as well as Talent Management Center of Excellence in ensuring the Group meets its goal effectively and efficiently for the Greater Asia.

Key Responsibilities

Become expert on the system/s supporting the Talent Management group.

Provide data/information to the Talent Management lead, Talent Management specialist and Talent Management Center of Excellence as needed to address problems, solve questions or analyze efficiency or effectiveness

Perform tasks in support of the Talent Management in accordance with standard operating procedures. This may include processing transactions in Workday or other systems, scheduling meetings, venues or travel, etc.

Manage the training administration of BD university scheduled courses, e.g. maintain/ updating the training calendar, arranging the required logistics (vendor/venue), registrations/class enrollment, preparing associates for BD university scheduled courses (including setup in 3rd party system), fulfillment activities to ensure course material are ordered and arranged, sending of course evaluations and consolidating the results, create and/or revise schedule offerings and grant course completion in Learning Management System/ LMS (C2C and eClass), purchase order using BuySmart, processing invoice payment and process cost chargeback, provide on-site support for BD university scheduled courses if required.

Launch case management with ownership from intake to transition, escalation, or closure.

Support special projects

Provide support to the Customer Interaction Center as required. This may include systems navigation, call script support, etc.

Create written communications instructing users how to use systems

Requirements:

2 to 3 years of Talent Management experience, preferably in a Shared Service environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong ability to work with various stakeholders and teams across different markets

Experience in HR systems (ie: Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors or equivalent)
