Assistant Account (account Payable)

Job Description

Role Responsibilities :

  • To assist in handling accounting data entry (eg. invoices key-in and matching payments) and daily operations of accounting function
  • Responsible for rental, utility and deposit schedules and oversee landlord statement reconciliation
  • To perform vendor payment by using local banks and Supply Chain Financing (bank facilities) for mid and month end
  • To check staff claims and verify suppliers payment batch
  • In charge of inter-co billing and monthly SOA
  • In charge of new store opening store float
  • Able to perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
Role Requirements :
  • Possess minimum a diploma/degree in Finance/Account or other relevant field
  • 1-2 years working experience in Account Payable/Account Receivable, book keeping or related disciplines will be added advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
  • Good knowledge in using Microsoft Excel
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to be based in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
