-Handle and coordinate company matters
-Ensure file organization based on office protocol
-Provide ad-hoc support around the office and outside as needed
-Assist PIC in all other matters pertaining to company works
-Attending to customer calls
-Preparing letters and other documents for PIC
-Monitor Clients Payment
Qualifications:-
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Admin, or Business
-Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
-Ability to multitask
-Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
-Literate in Computers (Excel, Word)
-Able to converse in English, Malay, and Chinese with good command of English
-Able to work independently and require minimal supervision
-Knowledge in the Insurance and Financial Industry is an added
advantage
-Experience in Customer Handling
-At least two (2) years of working experience
-Having own transportation is an added advantage
