1)Assist the Sales & Marketing Department with day-to-day administrative tasks.
2)Prepare and manage sales documents such as quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
3)Collect and update customer & supplier information and sales data in the system or Excel.
4)Support marketing activities such as social media posts, promotional campaigns, events, and brochure distribution.
5)Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional manner.
6)Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or management from time to time.
