ASSISTANT COLLECTION MANAGER: Job Highlights: \xe2\x80\xa2 Working hours : Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm \xe2\x80\xa2 Location : Sentul \xe2\x80\xa2 Team working culture : \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for the payment collection and monitoring \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor customer\xe2\x80\x99s outstanding payment \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure payment dues are collected accordingly \xe2\x80\xa2 To update daily collection report \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow up with customer on outstanding / overdue payment \xe2\x80\xa2 To call and negotiate with customers for repayment plans \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist Collection Manager in monitoring monthly collection performance \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist in implementing strategies to improve the collection activities \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other duty & responsibilities assigned by Management time to time Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/ Diploma/Professional Degree in Accounting or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably with a minimum 1 year of experience Collection, or related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required Skill(s): Excellent presentation skill, problem solving skills and both written & verbal communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (words, excel, power point & etc).
