Assistant Development Manager Type: Permanent Location: Kuching, Sarawak Salary: (negotiable based on current salary and experience) Role purpose: The role will report to the Development manager and to facilitate and co-ordinate development activities across delivery teams ranging from meeting coordination, project viability assessment, project planning/ programming, development, and financial control of projects. Education/Professional Qualification:

• Degree in relevant fields or equivalent (Architectural / Civil Engineering / Business / Marketing).
• Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent ( Business / Marketing)

Knowledge & experience

• Minimum 5 years working experiences in relevant sectors preferably property development
• Good in verbal and written communication skill
• understands what outcomes are required and can apply critical thinking and problem solve.
• understands the importance of relationships and negotiations with authorities to secure approval.
• Able to communicate development vision to internal and external stakeholders.

Key accountability

• Able to research and interpret market data.
• Aware of market and competitor activity.
• Understand project management principles in managing time, cost, quality and risk.
• Develop sensitivity analysis, scenarios and test assumptions using a financial model to assess commercial viability.
