Job Description


To actively participate and assist in all areas of the Kuching Distribution Centre (DC) operational processes including the security of the DC, occupational health and safety of the staff, control of warehouse environment and the administrative functions DAILY To responsible for cold chain documentation activity, as below: Key in Inv details in the summary for tracking purpose Set loggers for all deliveries. Download & print logger result when returned from delivery. To order Ice Packs & PCM qty from vendor as per summary To track ORCA & Logger returned with transporter. To send email in the morning for cold chain report To be responsible to check with transporter for any incoming cold chain for repacking and informing staff of any incoming. To download loggers for any Novartis shipment and update QA accordingly by email. To download loggers for Pharma container temperature and to update SADC Team accordingly. To responsible for daily ice pack vendor delivery activity, as below: Download & print logger result for vendor truck when delivery. Download & print logger result for ice packs & PCM Filling in all results and pass to QA Manager to sign off. WEEKLY/ Bi-WEEKLY Weekly download & print logger result for local transporter truck Weekly download & print logger result for cold room/ freezer/ chiller Bi-Weekly download & print logger result for air cond area and ambient area Weekly monitoring for ice packs vendor\'s freezer room report MONTHLY Monthly download & print humidity result for storage area OTHER New equipment qualification (IQ/ OQ/ PQ) when applicable Temp mapping activity for all storage/area/ equipment (As per Mapping schedule) To perform Air Cond Truck Qualification for Transporter (As per VMS schedule) To perform Cold Chain qualification for ORCA 11L/ 23L/ 50L (As per VMS schedule) Responsible for all related documentation was updated and properly filled. To assist Document Controller for any task related to audit activity To undertake any additional duties & responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time. To assist HOD in all areas Demonstrate working understanding of distribution center, distribution and transportation Proven hands-on experience in warehousing, inventory management, pick and pack functions Demonstrate strong appreciation of customer service requirements and commitment Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken Diploma/certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics Management or related field Minimum one to two years\' experience in similar role -
