We are a material testing company specializing in testing construction materials such as concrete cubes, cement, and soil. Our work involves conducting on-site and laboratory testing, preparing detailed reports, and delivering accurate results to our clients. We are currently engaged as a subcontractor under

Gamuda

for the

LRT project in Batu Maung, Penang

, which will be ongoing for the next five years.

Job Location:

Batu Maung, Penang

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily testing activities for construction materials such as concrete, cement, and soil. Ensure testing procedures are carried out according to project specifications, standards, and client requirements. Monitor and guide technicians in conducting field and laboratory tests. Review and verify test results, ensuring accuracy and completeness of reports before submission to clients. Maintain good communication with site personnel, clients, and project engineers. Prepare and maintain testing documentation and calibration records. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 1 year of working experience in construction or material testing will be an advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and manage site operations efficiently.

Preferably candidates based in Penang.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday:

8.30 AM - 5.30 PM (with 1 hour compulsory overtime)

Saturday:

8.30 AM - 1.30 PM (with 5 hours compulsory overtime)

Project Duration:

5 years (LRT Project under Gamuda)
