Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:



1. Work closely with all departments to plan and implement the introduction of measurable and effective continuous process/workflow improvements

2. Support manufacturing process development and validation for new product introductions

3. Provide technical support and troubleshoot problems and establish root cause analysis to develop the implementation of a corrective action

4. Develop working instructions, workmanship standards and process documents and ensure they are followed

5. Identifying and driving implementation of improvements to maximize throughput and capacity utilization

6. Liaise with customers and suppliers as necessary to clarify technical details and overcome problems

7. Maintain work area clean, safe and orderly.

8. Ability to interact & work independently.

Requirement:



1. Self-starter with the ability to perform well under pressure and continuously changing priorities

2. Must be a team player with leadership abilities

3. Diploma / Degree with min 3+ years' relevant experience in metal industries

4. Working knowledge of or experience with CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication and welding will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
