Assist in daily engineering and maintenance activities.
Support machine setup, tooling preparation, and calibration under guidance.
Perform basic troubleshooting and repair work as instructed.
Process & Equipment
Monitor machine condition and report abnormalities immediately to supervisor.
Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Ensure tools, jigs, and fixtures are properly stored, maintained, and ready for use.
Support trials, testing, and implementation of new processes or improvements.
Quality & Safety
Follow engineering standards, work instructions, and technical specifications.
Maintain 5S practices and safe working environment at all times.
Support continuous improvement projects related to quality, efficiency, and safety.
General Tasks
Provide hands-on support to operators, technicians, and engineers as required.
Assist in ad-hoc tasks or special projects assigned by supervisor and manager.
Qualifications:
Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent).
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly with CNC machines, is preferred.
Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Basic knowledge of machinery, tools, and production processes.
Familiarity with CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code) is an advantage.
Hands-on skills and willingness to learn technical work.
Proficient in MS Office; basic CAD or technical drawing knowledge is an advantage.
Able to follow instructions, work independently, and support a team.
Positive attitude, disciplined, and committed to workplace safety.
