Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop engineering study plans, including sampling methods, testing procedures, and analytical approaches. Collect and prepare samples of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products for engineering tests. Create validation master plans, process flow diagrams, test cases, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Conduct verification, validation, and qualification activities for new or updated manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems. Analyze engineering data to assess compliance with acceptance criteria and diagnose production issues. Manage and update records in engineering activity databases, including validation and test results. Identify deviations from quality standards and propose effective corrective actions. Document and present findings through detailed technical reports and validation summaries. Troubleshoot and refine testing procedures to improve reliability and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define validation goals based on customer and product requirements. Assist in training team members on engineering protocols, testing methods, and documentation practices. Stay informed through internal and external training on emerging engineering practices and industry developments. Ensure continuous compliance with ISO 13485 standards. Carry out additional duties as directed by your supervisor.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline. 0-3 years of working experience in a relevant field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Basic knowledge of machines, tools, and AutoCAD. Familiarity with document control systems and quality standards.
