Job Description

Responsibilities:



Operations & Strategy



Assist CEO/COO in planning and executing company goals Oversee daily tasks across Sales, Admin, Marketing & Student Services teams Track team performance and ensure monthly targets are met Lead internal meetings and monitor project progress Support hiring, onboarding, and staff engagement efforts Help improve company programs and assist with onboarding new trainers or partners

Investor & Business Relations



Identify and engage potential investors or strategic partners Arrange meetings and prepare investor-related materials Manage CRM for tracking investor follow-ups and reports Assist with investor pitch decks and event coordination Conduct light research on business trends or opportunities

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field 3-5 years of experience in operations, sales, or managerial role Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills Able to multitask, work independently, and manage timelines effectively Tech-savvy and familiar with Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and coordination skills Experience in investor relations or fundraising is a plus Based in Kuala Lumpur or Selangor, and willing to attend in-person meetings or events when needed Open to flexible working hours, including occasional weekend support
