Job Description


Key Responsibilities:1. Facilities Managemento Oversee the management and maintenance of company facilities.o Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.2. Procurement and Vendor Managemento Manage procurement processes, including obtaining quotations from suppliers.o Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure the timely and cost-effective supply of goods and services.3. Delivery Order Managemento Oversee and manage the delivery orders process.o Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services from suppliers.4. Office Supplies and Equipmento Ensure the efficient procurement, distribution, and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.5. Event Managemento Plan, organize, and execute internal and external events, such as company meals and other events.6. Travel Managemento Arrange and coordinate travel logistics for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.7. Administrative Supporto Provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring efficient office administration and communication.8. File Managemento Maintain and manage company files and records, ensuring accurate and organized documentation.9. Vendor Contracts and Agreementso Review and manage vendor contracts and agreements.o Ensure favourable terms and compliance with company standards.10. Record Keepingo Maintain accurate records of general affairs activities, including inventory, procurement, and compliance documentation.Qualifications: * Educational Background

  • Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Language Proficiency
  • English (Must) & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Experience
  • Fresh graduate without experience can consider. Or minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administration or procurement.
  • Experience in general affairs operations, including facilities management, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact with employees, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
