• To welcome all visitors at reception area
• To receive incoming call and ensure recipient receives the call
• To sorting and ensure all mails receives being given to recipient
• To arrange flight booking and hotel booking upon request
• To control Company Profile and update when needed
• To ensure hospitality for visitors

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, Front Office Management, Hospitality Management, Secretarial Studies or any discipline with working experience
• Able to speak and communicate in English and good interpersonal skill
• Professional Customer Service, Receptionist and General Affairs related knowledge
• Knowledge of computer in MS Windows, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint & MS Outlook
• Good in photo editing and video editing
