Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with subsidiary Logistics team for any improvement program planning and implementation
• Manage import / export customary, shipment planning and execution
• Support on defining/optimizing material movement strategy. Develop and implement the according to the company objectives
• Keep up to date on the sales commercial plan to provide an optimal supply chain to the customer.
• Responsible for customer information file management of export business and follow up on company sustainability goals.
• Responsible for product distribution activities which includes order processing, inventory control and analysis, warehousing, transportation, and logistics planning, customer service and import and export trade.
• Possess hands-on experience in warehouse operation for low volume, high frequency material distribution.
• Ensure warehouse activities such as incoming and outgoing, management of inventory and data entry are performed in a timely and orderly manner.
• Lead team to manage 3PL service providers and follow-up on logistic performance, customer satisfaction, cost and quality KPI results
• Perform periodic review and report on inventory movement, warehouse operation and 3PL performance
• Develop and drive program for efficiency improvement and cost optimization
• Support to perform periodic review of oversea subsidiary company\xe2\x80\x99s logistics performance and provide support and recommendation for improvement.

Job Requirements:

• At least 4 years relevant working experience in logistics and warehouse management function.
• Strong data analysis skill and good communication
• Knowledge of import and export regulations and warehouse management
• Independent, team player, able to communicate at all levels and business negotiation skills
• To be based at Klang.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Logistics: 4 years (Preferred)
• Warehouse: 4 years (Preferred)
