Assistant Manager, Digital Campaign & Partnership Coordinator

Reports To

Manager, Digital Marketing

Role Purpose

Accountable for the online revenue generation through Malaysia Airlines website through campaign management and partnership

Key Accountabilities

  • Accountable for the online revenue generation through Malaysia Airlines website.
  • Initiating and managing the strategy and execution plan of digital marketing partnerships.
  • Explore, strategize, identify, and pitch Malaysia Airlines digital campaign plans to acquire new partnership opportunities to growth.
  • Implementation activity for Digital Marketing activity for the Strategic Partnership campaign.
  • Creating commercial proposals and defining a value proposition that will deliver significant ROI for the partnership.
  • Track campaign performances with measurable methods of each campaign and evaluation partners performance via Analytics tool (Adobe Analytics).
  • Plan for marketing communication brief for Digital Marketing material in terms of digital marketing to aligned with Brand and Marcomms department to ensure a consistent, compliant and constantly refreshed Malaysia Airlines presence.
  • Responsible to plan and monitor tactical or always on digital campaigns that cover paid media and non-paid media specifically for Malaysia Airlines.
Qualification & Working Experience

Degree in Marketing, Communication Design or Business Administration with 5 - 7 years working experience in related field.

Skills & Knowledge
  • 5-8 years\' experience in Digital Marketing Management in an international B2C company or with a digital marketing agency.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing.
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Challenges
  • Ability to work with limited budget and squeeze maximum efficiency out of the marketing budget.
  • Multiple stakeholders for certain campaign with possibility of different KPI and objective.
  • Work within a very dynamic business environment with the ability to balance longer-term plans with ad-hoc initiative (not more than 3).
