Job summary Responsible for integrity check/cycle count planning, stock-take preparation and coordinating, execution of reports after physical checks completion to management. Follow up all the inventory matters and provide status promptly, attend to all inventory matters reported & feedback to user/management accordingly. General responsibilities Plan and execute the cycle count as per planned schedule Follow up on all integrity related issues and report the status accordingly to the relevant parties. Ensure all integrity activities such as age stock ,batch ,lot , date expiry checking , physical segregation for product with quality issues. Communicate with sales/marketing at headquarters for any inventory related matters and update accordingly Follow up all user requests (internally or externally) for any integrity related matters Ensure all the inventory reports being produced and submit to relevant department Report all non-conformance issues such stock missing, damages and more to management Functional skills & knowlegde Computer literate, with the capability to use systems for information access and report functions Experienced in MS Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint Must have SAP knowledge - Warehouse management system (WMS) & material management (MM) Education Bachelor \'s degree of any course of study and its equivalent Work experience Minimum 2 years working experiences in similar capacity.
