Job Description

We are looking for Assistant Manager Finance / Accounting or equivalent business-related studies to :

1) Assist Finance and Accounting department in delivering day-to-day tasks, to provide quality Finance services to our clients within the target timeline

2)The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

Assists Finance Manager on review and analytical work. Maintains general ledger data integrity via balance sheet reconciliation, identify issues, unreconciled and aged item. Plans, develops, and implements policies, systems, and procedures which add value to the overall General Ledger's operation. Responsible for preparing journal entries relating to complex accrual estimation, prepayment allocation and balance sheet account analysis. Recording of depreciation, and accounting for the disposition of fixed assets. Responsible to prepare full set of accounts and management report. To handle and prepare audit & taxation report for audit & taxation purpose. Other ad hoc tasks as assigned
3) Excellent command of written and verbal English and other language proficiency will be an added advantage

4) Strong numeric ability and attention to detail with high level of accuracy

5) Strong time management skills in meeting tight deadlines.

6) Demonstrated experience in all aspects of Finance including Financial strategy and planning, Financial analysis and reporting, budgeting and governance and stakeholder relations.

7) Education in Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting

8) Minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible experience in Finance / Accounting in automotive industry

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
