Job Description

To lead a team of fit out coordinators, in ensuring the design layout are realized in a timely fashion in close liaison with contractors and consultants.Pre-Fit Out / Construction Stage * To provide design and creative inputs and technical coordination for shop fit out.

• To raise requisition and liaise with Project Department on base building work.
• To liaise with base building consultants pertaining to technical issues.
• To make recommendations to the Tenancy Approving Board with regard to fit out work.

Fit Out / Construction Stage * To monitor the overall progress of work for tenancy fit out.

• To liaise and coordinate with Leasing, Building Services, Security and Safety Department with regard to fit out works.
• To monitor fit out works and ensure contractors comply with approved design and address any technical issues that may arise.

Post Fit Out / Construction Stage * To carry out inspection before opening of shops with Leasing, Safety and Building Services Department upon completion of fit out works and certify compliance.

• To supervise rectification works in close liaison with Contractors and Leasing, Safety and Building Services Department in the event of non-compliance.

Special Project * To head specific project work as assign by the management within the Company.Job Requirements: * Minimum Degree in Architecture or Interior Design or equivalent with at least 5 years experience in retail fit out and design.

• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Must display professionalism and confidence
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
• Must be able to work in Puchong and possessed own transport
