To ensure tenants adhere to the mall\'s fit out requirements, keeping in mind the mall\'s branding and image.
To monitor and oversee new tenants\' fit out process, submission drawings, issuance of work permits, vacant possession, reinstatement and pre-opening inspection.
To monitor on-site progress of fit out works and to address any issues as and when they occur.
To work closely with the Operations Department and contractors on technical matters pertaining to fit out works.
To coordinate and manage timelines for all fit out works including special projects (e.g. mall upgrading works).
To familiarize tenants and their contractors with site conditions, fit out and safety rules and regulations before work commencement.

To ensure no ambiguity exists when communicating with various parties (e.g. tenants, contractors, designers, etc.) on the fit-out requirements for any and all projects.
To helm projects independently and taking lead on all fit out works, advising the relevant departments on any issues that may arise.
To ensure that all proceedings, including the sourcing of quotations, are executed in the manner that has been prescribed in the SOP.
To guide relevant departments on the required procedures related to Fit Out matters as and when necessary.
To establish, implement, and update the mall\'s Fit Out Design Manual and Technical Guidelines
To draft out the design proposal for user approval and prepare tender drawing with bill of quantities.
To review M&E submission drawing, provide feedback and approval for all malls.
