About the jobGood interpersonal skill and good relationship with prospective retailers. Knowledge and sensitivity of the retail trend and retail business. To deliver the best retail experience for the shoppers of Putrajaya by prospecting and delivering retailers according to the centre\'s retail mix plan within the given budget.Responsibilities:

• Implement leasing plans for the properties under the supervision of the Senior Manager to ensure all available space is leased in a timely and effective manner
• Execute the leasing process from identifying prospective tenants and securing the tenancy to finalization of tenancy documentation.
• Initiate to negotiate the deal, retail leases and prepare proposals for new and renewing tenants
• Monitor and analyse tenant\'s sales turnover closely, make recommendations to immediate superior to renew, terminate, relocate or assistance to tenant
• Attend to leasing viewing appointments and coordinate with agents and/or prospective tenants on pre and post viewing and thereafter, and to close the deal.
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing tenants
• Attend and respond to tenants\' and prospective queries in professional manner
• Conduct research and provide report on competitive leasing trends and competitors\' analysis in order to gain information that would lead to maximizing the mix and quality of the tenant\'s profile of each property.
• Assist Finance Department in rental collection for difficult tenants
• Provide assistance to project team and other departments on all aspects of tenant fit out works as required
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management

What you will need:

• Bachelor\'s degree in any related field, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in leasing / property leasing / property sales
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good oral and written communication abilities
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Possessed own transport and willing work in Putrajaya
• Efficient, accurate with details and strong analytical skills
• Keep updated to the retail trend
• Result-oriented
• Good problem-solving skills
