The incumbent is responsible to ensure that all administrative duties for New Business, endorsement and renewal business, handlings calls and enquiries activities are carried out promptly and efficiently in accordance with relevant service standards until customer outcome is delivered. The incumbent is required to have knowledge of group products (and their features and technicalities) and operational processes to ensure a smooth running flow of overall operations activities. The incumbent is also required to comply with set underwriting guideline and operational procedures in completing all administrative and operational activities. (1) NEW BUSINESS Preparing an advice letter to client upon case secured. Ensure all mandatory documents are submitted. Update CDD information for AML screening Underwrite cases (non-medical within the Group U/w guidelines) Preparing the Statement of Assurance, Debit Note, Official receipt, Statement of Account and Policy contract. To ensure that the policy issued within the service level agreement. (2) ENDORSEMENT Date Entry of new members details into appropriate excels spreadsheet for premium generations. Prepare billing document - Issue Statement of assurance, Debit Note for transaction of adding new member and/or Credit Note for deletion of member transactions Ensuring endorsement details are correctly updated in the system as well captured in the statement. Ensuring proper checking of necessary medical requirements before sent. Ensuring documents are filed in the structured manner. (3) RENEWAL BILLING (i) Billing issuance (ii) Issue Policy contract, Schedule & Endorsement (iii) Issuance of lapsed notice upon policy expired.
