Job Description


  • 10 years of HR hands-on working experience. Candidates with Healthcare Industry experience have an added advantage.
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
Responsibilities
  • Provide a high quality and customer centric payroll service to Managers at all level, staff and other customers.
  • Provide leadership for payroll team, maintain and monitor assigned resources including reporting and headcount budgeting.
  • Manage the payroll team; supervise and assign tasks to assistants.
  • Ensure legislative compliance and quality of data.
  • Provide reports and other information which can be used to improve services and make decisions.
  • Contribute to the more efficient and effective use of resources across service.
  • Identifies areas for improvement and takes initiative to implement changes that increase payroll effectiveness.
