Job Description
Lease Management:
- Evaluate lease agreements to confirm adherence to company standards and policies.
- Oversee lease documentation, including extensions, terminations, and modifications.
- Collaborate with the legal and finance departments to handle lease-related issues and resolve disputes.
- Foster and sustain positive relationships with property owners and property management.
- Maintain regular communication with landlords to address concerns, request repairs, and ensure lease term compliance.
- Serve as the primary contact for landlords in matters related to leases.
- Monitor lease compliance, including rental payments, maintenance responsibilities, and insurance obligations.
- Keep lease records and documentation accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate lease-related activities, such as inspections and property upkeep, to ensure stores are in optimal condition.
- A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or any related field of study.
- Demonstrated expertise in commercial real estate or retail leasing, with a preference for experience in the optical or retail sector.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in lease management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Capability to work autonomously and handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring a high level of precision in lease documentation.
- Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
