Job Description

  • Coordinate and monitor all import and export shipments (air, sea, and land).
  • Liaise with customers, shipping lines, and freight forwarders to arrange shipments efficiently.
  • Ensure all shipping and customs documentation are prepared accurately and submitted on time.
  • Supervise and support the logistics team in daily operations and problem-solving.
  • Follow up on delivery schedules and ensure timely shipment status updates to clients.
  • Handle freight quotation requests and negotiate with service providers for the best rates.
  • Assist in planning and implementing logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all shipping, customs, and trade regulations.
  • Maintain proper records of shipment documents and operational reports.
  • Assist the Manager in performance monitoring, training, and developing logistics staff.
  • Support in resolving issues such as shipment delays, damage claims, or incorrect documentation.
